At some point, the authorities in the capital notice that all residents of a remote Romanian village are registered as disabled and are receiving support services. The visit of a team of inspectors to investigate the suspected fraud on site is ordered. The village panics and prepares in feverish haste. Yet everything flies up and the chief inspector has the penalties read out triumphantly. But the upcoming presidential elections are taking a surprising turn. A wonderful comedy with thoroughly tragic moments.
