The “Channel One Band” consists of musicians with mental illnesses who draw inspiration and satisfaction from their creative work. The film accompanies the band on a tour on the west coast of Ireland. Along the way, the musicians talk about their experiences, their perception of the world, and the threats and blessings of their mental health.
