Kaïs gradually loses his physical functions due to Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The documentary portrays a family that, despite various disabilities and difficult circumstances, puts their solidarity first. The result is a moving mix of Kaïs' fantastic dream worlds, the stories of his parents and brothers about the effects of the illness, and everyday scenes that show how lovingly and respectfully he is cared for.
