Because his grandmother has died, Hansel returns to Cuba from San Francisco. He has to take care of his brother Marcos, who has trisomy 21 and doesn't understand his grandma's death. He sorely misses them. During the years of separation, the two brothers became estranged. Only gradually and with the help of an old family game does Hansel regain access to Marcos. On the sidelines of the authentically told story, the film offers an interesting insight into everyday Cuban life.
